Click and Collect

Check stock of items at your local Bennetts store and reserve them so that they’re ready and waiting for you to collect!

We want to make your shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible, so we’re pleased to announce the introduction of our new Click and Collect service, enabling you to reserve your items online before collecting them from your local Bennetts store.

Stock of some items can be limited, particularly during Sale periods, so to avoid disappointment why not use Click and Collect to check that your local store has stock and reserve your chosen items so that they are ready and waiting for you when you arrive in store to collect them.

Reserved goods will be available for collection two hours after you reserve them and we’ll hold them for you until the close of business the next day.


Click and Collect in 5 simple steps. It’s easy!

1. Select the products you wish to Click and Collect (look for the Click and Collect logo (pictured above) and add these item(s) to your basket by clicking the ‘add to basket/ buy now’ button.
2. Select the ‘Reserve in-store’ button and enter your postcode to check availability at your nearest store.
3. Select the store you would prefer to collect from and enter your contact details
4. Click on ‘Reserve’ and make a note of your reservation number.
   
5. Visit your chosen Bennetts store, where your reserved goods will be ready for you. Simply give a member of staff your reservation number, pay for your goods and take them away!

Please note that our prices are subject to change, sometimes daily, therefore, the price you pay will be the price displayed in-store on the day that you collect and pay for your purchase.

Online discount codes cannot be used when using the Click and Collect service.
